What the role involves
Hands-on support for patients under the supervision of registered nurses, in hospitals, care homes or the community.
Typical employer requirements
Good English and maths, a caring attitude, an enhanced DBS check, and often the Care Certificate completed during induction. Some roles ask for previous care experience (check each vacancy).
